Job Title: Widebody Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Widebody Programme Manager to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing overall Cabin & Cargo in WB Programme governance, escalation, and communication.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent overall Cabin & Cargo in WB Programme governance, escalation, and communication
  • Accountable and responsible for parts of the WB programme cabin & cargo governance
  • Decision and application of parts of the Programme strategy, including continuous improvement
  • AOP budget allocation and decision making for dedicated budget lines
  • Agile Project Management
Your Profile:
  • Completed studies in Electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Over two years of professional experience in Configuration Management, Manufacturing / Production, Aircraft construction, Aerospace, Process improvement, and Quality management
  • Good knowledge of change, project, and risk management
  • Good knowledge of ICC
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High level of autonomy and ability to travel (about every 2 months)
