Unsere Auftraggeberin aus Dortmund sucht Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als IT Supporter (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie lösen technische Probleme in den Bereichen Hardware, Software und Netzwerk.
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Computern, Peripheriegeräten und Software liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Verwaltung von Netzwerken, Firewalls und Sicherheitssystemen.
- Sie schulen Benutzer in der effektiven Nutzung von IT-Tools und Anwendungen.
- Sie bieten IT-Support, identifizieren und beheben Störungen, und dokumentieren dabei alle Supportfälle und Prozesse gewissenhaft.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, Uni, FH).
- Berufserfahrung im IT-Support nachweisbar.
- Sichere Kenntnisse in der Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung von Hardware, Software und Netzwerken.
- Lösungsorientierte und praxisnahe Arbeitsweise.
- Teamarbeit ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil Ihrer Stärken.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, idealerweise auch solide Englischkenntnisse.
