Steel Construction Project Lead

Your Role as Steel Construction Project LeadAs a Steel Construction Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing our industrial steel construction projects. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Leading project teams and coordinating specialized trades to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensuring technical functionality and adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards.
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals for prospective clients.
- Conducting technical negotiations with suppliers and customers to secure favorable agreements.
- Managing claims and change orders effectively to mitigate potential risks.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in industrial steel construction. Your qualifications should include:
- A completed apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in industrial steel construction, such as workshop, project, construction management, or senior fitter roles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting execution drawings.
- A valid Class B driving license and willingness to work on our construction sites.
- A strong team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
