Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for generating and orchestrating the production process, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement production plans.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage production schedules to meet engineering and production requirements
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
  • Develop and maintain a KPI set to measure production performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate production statistics and report major deviations to management
  • Shape the future of our Production Planning & Control set-up to support high-volume production

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or a related field
  • Expertise in scheduling, planning, and controlling production processes
  • Background in manufacturing, including dynamic planning and execution during prototyping and series ramp-up
  • Experience with ERP tools, preferably INFOR
  • Proven knowledge in project management
  • Fluent English language skills
