Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager Assistant to join our team. As a Store Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the sales floor and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software applications.
