Event Videographer Job Description

Shootday, a global photography, videography, and production platform, is seeking a talented event videographer to join our freelance network in Cologne.

Job Overview:

As an event videographer, you will capture memorable moments at various events and deliver high-quality raw images that tell compelling visual stories.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Capture high-quality RAW videos on time, with a focus on capturing key moments, candid shots, and the event ambiance.
  • Cover diverse events from corporate functions to product launches and social gatherings, adapting your approach to each event's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with other videographers when needed, ensuring seamless event coverage.
  • Use your professional camera gear, including cameras, lenses, video stabilizers (gimbals), and high-quality microphones, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Guide participants and set up shots for the best results, ensuring a professional and polished final product.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the Shootday team, providing timely updates and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
  • Be located in or able to commute to the specified location.
  • Have legal authorization to work in the specified location.
  • Own and maintain your videography gear, including video stabilizers (gimbals) and high-quality microphones.
  • Upload your CV and complete the application form.
