About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Backshop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our bakery products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell our bakery products, including bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the backshop area.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
