Sales Associate Backshop

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE Jenny Zinnow oHG in Dresden. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including bread and baked goods, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
