Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Work Student to assist with updating and maintaining data in our Human Resource Management (HRM) system and providing support for various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a student who is looking to gain practical experience in human resources and data administration while contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain employee records in the HRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the HRM system data to maintain the employee information.
- Add new employee records, ensuring all required fields are completed.
- Assist with the preparation of HR-IT related communications and documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing support in data-related tasks and activities.
- Understand the entire HR Operational ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRM systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with database management is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required, and knowledge in German is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking capabilities is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
What We Offer
- Contract location would be Göppingen or Berlin, Germany.

- Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1,390.00€ for a 20h/week, 1,112.00€ for a 16h/week, and 1,200.00€ for an Intern position.
