Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Description

As a Director of Performance Marketing at TeamViewer, you will lead a team of performance marketing experts and drive growth and efficiency by owning relationships with global media agencies and partners.

This role offers the opportunity to be in the drivers seat of everything digital advertising at TeamViewer, from brand campaigns leveraging sports sponsorships to PPC generating ecommerce revenues.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop and execute global digital marketing strategies across all channels, including SEA, Paid Social, programmatic advertising, retargeting, affiliates, and SEO.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to achieve marketing objectives.
  
• Collaborate closely with brand, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign orchestration between brand and performance campaigns.
  
• Confidently handle global digital marketing budgets and agencies across multiple markets, establishing accurate forecasts.
  
• Provide insights and analysis on digital marketing performance, making data-driven decisions based on this analysis.
  
• Refine and improve performance tracking and reporting across different business goals, including ecommerce revenue and lead generation.
  
• Stay up-to-date with trends, changes, and innovations in performance marketing to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• 8+ years of professional experience in performance and brand marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
  
• 4+ years of management experience with strong leadership skills.
  
• Experience developing and executing performance marketing strategies in an ecommerce or SaaS environment, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  
• Experience with freemium business models is an advantage.
  
• Experience leading a performance marketing team.
  
• Strong analytical competence and a structured way of working with demonstrated experience with analytics platforms, preferably Adobe Analytics.
  
• Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork.
  
• Fluency in English is required, German is advantageous.
