Your Role:
- Responsible for recruiting technical professionals and identifying potential clients through market analysis.
- Present services to clients and advise on staffing solutions, collaborating with the recruitment team to match candidates with job openings.
- Guide candidates through the application process and manage the recruitment process from interview to contract signing.
- Maintain and expand client relationships, ensuring a strong network of contacts.
Your Profile:
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience in staffing or a related field, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and work in a team environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a valid driver's license and fluency in German and English.
