Data Analyst Digital Marketing and Business Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Marketing, Communication, and Business Development team in Nuremberg. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing a comprehensive performance tracking strategy and creating tailored reports and dashboards to showcase data-driven optimization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a cross-functional performance tracking strategy and create customized reports and dashboards to highlight data-driven optimization opportunities.
- Conduct complex analyses of all available data and key performance indicators (KPIs) across our digital channels.
- Interpret data and derive actionable recommendations in collaboration with our business units.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize our various marketing channels.
- Evaluate A/B tests and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- As part of our global team, you will advise senior decision-makers and work together to find tailored solutions.
- Throughout, you will maintain a keen eye on the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., E-Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in web analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent statistical knowledge, and methodological expertise.
- Familiarity with common analytics and tag management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, Microsoft Power BI, Google Tag Manager) and their technical functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to clearly and concisely present complex information.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A high level of initiative and enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
