About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Consultant to join our team of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom, and high technology industries.

Your primary focus will be on translating functional requirements into technical designs, ensuring platform performance, maintainability, and upgradability. You will also be involved in delivering current services for our customers, building solution designs that follow ServiceNow implementation best practices, and supporting the building, implementation, and support of our branded products built on Now.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of PaaS technology, efficient programming knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Shell, and experience with Web services (REST, SOAP) and XML and JSON.
