About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Consultant to join our team at Plat4mation. As a key member of our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom, and high technology industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs, focusing on platform performance, maintainability, and upgradability.
  • Deliver current services for our customers, enhancing our internal service delivery competencies and capabilities.
  • Build solution designs that follow ServiceNow implementation best practices and internal Plat4mation implementation guidelines.
  • Support the building, implementation, and support of our branded products built on Now.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, or a related field.
  • Efficient programming knowledge of any scripting language, including JavaScript, Python, Shell, PERL, Web service expertise (REST, SOAP), and XML and JSON.
  • Good understanding of a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technology.
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • You bring an IT and business mindset to connect both worlds.
  • You easily connect with others, are a good listener, and result-driven.
  • You are creative and analytical in your problem-solving.
  • Strong sense of integrity.
