About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Global IT team as a Trainee. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into different areas of our Global IT&D Air & Ocean department and develop your skills in analysis, design, and development of application systems and software architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review business requirements and create or support solution strategies to ensure development initiatives comply with architecture principles and our application roadmap
  • Develop, evaluate, and document the ITDAO architecture
  • Support the teams in their daily work, be it in a guided way or in your individual responsibility
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to projects, process management, and others

Requirements

  • You are in the final stages of your bachelor's or master's degree specializing in computer science, IT, business informatics, natural science, or a related field of study
  • Your knowledge in analysis, design, and development of application systems and software architecture, coupled with any work experience, would make you a perfect fit for our program
  • Your strong analytical skills and knowledge of software development life-cycles, design, engineering, or development language will help you to identify and solve challenges in our projects
  • Effective communication, team spirit, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse, intercultural teams and stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
