About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Trainee to join our Global IT&D Land and Digital Solutions (GILDS) department. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into different areas of our department and develop your skills in demand management, solution design, business analytics, and application rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support agile product development squads in areas like demand management, solution design, business analytics, and application rollout
  • Interface between business units and developers, understanding business needs and contributing to the realization of local and global IT demands
  • Support teams in daily project work, either guided or independently
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to projects, process management, and other areas
  • Contribute to IT projects for business unit Land Transport, Air & Ocean Freight, and develop your skills and unleash your potential

Requirements

  • Final stages of bachelor's or master's degree in business informatics, management, computer science, IT, or a related field
  • Strong interest in IT, digitalization, and transformation processes, with experience in agile working methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) a plus
  • Analytical skills, detail-oriented approach, and solution-oriented working style to identify and solve challenges in projects
  • Effective communication, team spirit, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse, intercultural teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
