Diese Schlüsselposition bietet eine außergewöhnliche Gelegenheit, sich mit einem multidisziplinären Team aus Ingenieur:innen, Content-, PR- und Daten-Enthusiasten zusammenzuschließen, um unsere DACH-Märkte zu entwickeln.

Wie schaffst du Mehrwert:

  • Entwickle eigenständig Strategien zur Förderung des langfristigen organischen Erfolgs im DACH-Markt.
  • Erarbeite vierteljährliche Zielsetzungsinitiativen, die mit unserer Vision übereinstimmen.
  • Entschlüssle komplexe Probleme in klare Aktionspläne, um unser organisches Wachstum zu steigern.
  • Führe eigenständig die Entwicklung neuer DACH-SEO-Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem SEO-Engineering-Team.
  • Fördere funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, um SEO-Exzellenz in allen Facetten unserer Plattform zu gewährleisten.

Wonach wir suchen:

  • Ein/e SEO-Expert:in mit mehr als 5 Jahren Erfahrung und einer Erfolgsbilanz von skalierbarem Wachstum, idealerweise in einer internationalen B2C-Landschaft
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Search Console, Sistrix, Ahrefs, SEMRush etc.
  • Eine/e handlungsorierntierte/r Teamplayer:in, ohne Scheu vor der Zusammenarbeit mit komplexen Stakeholder-Landschaften, um Ziele zu erreichen
  • Du arbeitest datenorientiert, proaktiv und mit Liebe zum Detail
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie fließende Englischkentnisse. Weitere Sprachen sind jederzeit willkommen
