About the Role

As an SEO Manager at Flaconi, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance our overall digital visibility and growth in the DACH market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for the DACH beauty market to boost organic rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Sistrix, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs. Provide regular reports with insights and updates to stakeholders
  • Lead international SEO projects, collaborating with global teams to ensure strategy effectiveness and competitiveness
  • Drive link-building campaigns and outreach to enhance domain authority and build partnerships with industry websites and influencers
  • Work with content teams, web developers, and designers to integrate SEO best practices into website design and content


About You

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager or similar role, specifically in the beauty industry and DACH market. You should have proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog or Ahrefs, strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights, familiarity with web development technologies and CMS platforms, excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams, and fluency in English and German, both written and verbal.

We offer a competitive salary band between 44,000€ and 57,000€ gross per year, a permanent contract, and a range of benefits including 29 vacation days, flexible working hours, up to three days of working from home a week, and the possibility of a paid sabbatical.
