About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HubSpot CX Marketing Consultant to join our team at Huble. As a Senior HubSpot CX Marketing Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Design and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies and frameworks that meet the unique demands of our valued clients.
  • Client Onboarding and Training: Provide initial setup and training for clients, setting up tools after the Solution Architect has completed their architecture and configuration.
  • Continuous Consultancy: Manage a wish list of client needs and goals, providing continuous consultancy and support to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Integration Projects: Take ownership of integration projects, actively participating from a Marketing and CX perspective.
  • Technology Audits and Recommendations: Analyze and provide recommendations on how clients can follow marketing and technology best practices through technology audits.
  • Reporting and Integration: Ensure integrated reporting across the tech solutions to enable closed-loop reporting and ensure integrations meet these criteria.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Marketing Technology: Keep up to date with and communicate new technology products, features, and changes to existing features within the marketing space.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing consulting or specialist role within a digital agency or consultancy.
  • HubSpot or Equivalent CRM Platforms: Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • Exceptional Communication and Writing Skills: Exceptional communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly.
  • Business Acumen and Presentation Skills: Strong business acumen and the ability to conduct engaging presentations.
  • Online Marketing Tools and Methodologies: Hands-on experience with online marketing tools, methodologies, and practices.
  • Agile Marketing and CX Marketing: Familiarity with agile marketing and the ability to adapt to changing processes.
  • Inbound Marketing and CX Marketing: Solid understanding of Inbound Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) Marketing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly grasp our technology stack.
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
