Are you passionate about startups, technology, and innovation? Do you have a strong analytical mindset and a growth-oriented approach? We're looking for a talented individual to join our Investment Team as a Venture Capital Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on potential investments, analyzing market trends, and competitor landscapes.
  • Support the investment team in deal flow and business plan analyses, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Participate in pitch meetings with founders, providing valuable insights and feedback.
  • Assist in building a solid, data-driven basis for investment decisions, including writing investment memos and supporting deal teams.
  • Support ongoing portfolio management, helping to prepare portfolio reporting and driving initiatives to better serve our growing portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and a first-principles thinking approach.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a self-starter mindset.
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and communicative, with a true team player attitude.
  • Deep passion for startups, technology, and innovation.
  • Practical work experience in startups and/or venture capital, private equity, or consulting is preferred.
  • Currently studying an undergraduate or graduate degree with outstanding results at a top-tier university.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with proficient German skills being a plus.
