Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Operations Intern to join our team at Scalable Capital. As an Investment Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our payment, client data, and risk processes to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the analysis and optimization of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Provide administrative support to the Wealth and Broker business teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business management, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external partners.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Minimum duration: 3 months.
