About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Compliance Specialist to join our Tax team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations for our national and international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize our financial performance
- Prepare and review tax returns and financial statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess tax implications of business decisions
- Communicate with tax authorities and external consultants to ensure compliance
- Design and implement internal guidelines and procedures to ensure tax compliance
- Identify opportunities to automate and digitalize tax processes
Requirements
- Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in tax compliance, financial analysis, or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Fluent in English
