Immo Konzept GmbH ist ein Full-Service-Partner für ihre Kunden im Bereich des Gebäudemanagements. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen motivierten und engagierten Facilities Manager (m/w/d), der sich mit den Herausforderungen dieses Berufs zurechtfinden kann.

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen und gängigen Software aus dem Immobilienbereich

Unser Idealworker sollte sicherstellen, dass alle technischen und infrastrukturellen Aspekte unserer Immobilien auf höchstem Niveau gehalten werden. Dies beinhaltet die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von CAPEX-Maßnahmen, die Abrechnung im FM-Bereich sowie die Koordination und Kontrolle von Hausmeistern, Haustechnikern, Reinigungskräften und Fremddienstleistungen.

Vorausgesetzte Qualifikationen
  • Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung, wie z.B. Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Facility Management
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen und einer gängigen Software aus dem Immobilienbereich
