About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at LOGISTIC PEOPLE (Deutschland) GmbH as a Customs and Logistics Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned industrial company in the machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all customs procedures for imports and exports.
  • Analyze daily processes, evaluate, and optimize them to improve efficiency.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customs-related inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit origin certificates and Intrastat declarations.
  • Determine the origin of goods, classify them according to customs tariffs, and process accreditations.
  • Coordinate the processing of commercial documents.
  • Identify and qualify suitable service providers.
  • Manage and update company data, as well as update working instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with all customs and trade regulations.
  • Support customs inspections and maintain active communication with authorities and customs offices.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or degree in logistics.
  • Several years of experience in international customs clearance.
  • Excellent knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and systems.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of ATLAS software.
  • High analytical skills, precise, and structured work approach.
