About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AML Operations Team Lead to join our team at Raisin Bank. As a key member of our AML team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of AML professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous development and updating of internal policies, leading the development, implementation, and enhancement of controls to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, and acting as the primary contact for external investigative authorities.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be an effective team leader, able to inspire and motivate team members, and foster a collaborative team environment. You will also be responsible for providing regular training and development opportunities to team members, conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
