About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AML Operations Team Lead to join our team at Raisin Bank. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of AML professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective AML policies and procedures to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of transaction monitoring systems to detect and prevent suspicious transactions.
  • Collaborate with external investigative authorities and provide expert advice on AML regulations and best practices.
  • Support the creation and execution of comprehensive risk analyses and provide regular training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Promote a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and addressing any conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Completed training as a bank clerk and at least 5 years of experience in the AML field, particularly in transaction monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of implementing regulatory requirements to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
