About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Sysmex Europe SE. As a key member of our regional headquarters, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop project scopes, objectives, and schedules.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including business professionals, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, balancing workload within the team to achieve project objectives.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all IT projects comply with healthcare regulations and standards, including data security and patient privacy laws.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing IT projects in a regulated environment.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and experience in their optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
