Job Title: Global Procurement Project Management Principal

We are seeking a seasoned Global Procurement Project Management Principal to join our Procurement team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our procurement strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage global procurement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Proven experience managing global procurement projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, including SAP Ariba.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
