About the Role:
As our Enterprise Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our IT landscape, ensuring seamless integration, and driving business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in advancing our pharmaceutical services, prioritizing patient care, and supporting our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework, aligning with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain applications, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic solutions.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, aligning with business capabilities and driving digital transformation.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
About You:
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture management, with a strong understanding of EA standards and IT frameworks.
- Expertise in EA tools, preferably LeanIX, and experience with modeling tools like UML, Archimate, or C4.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and reconcile with diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in a distributed and international team environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
