About the Role:
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for modeling, assessing, and improving our existing systems to enhance efficiency, security, and innovation. Your expertise will directly impact our pharmaceutical services, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive modeling and assessment of our systems across various domains, including business, application, data, and technology levels.
- Maintain enterprise architecture tools and assets.
- Proactively manage the maintenance and renewal of our application portfolio.
- Maintain Business Capability Model and align IT landscape with business capabilities.
- Deal with and resolve issues that arise at enterprise/solution level.
- Support IT/Business teams in day-to-day business and qualify projects.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and create technology roadmaps for business domains.
About You:
- Several years of experience in enterprise architecture management, including knowledge of EA standards and IT frameworks.
- Experience with EA tools, preferably LeanIX.
- Knowledge of modern IT practices and patterns, such as cloud computing and microservices.
- Experience with modeling tools like UML, Archimate, C4, or equivalent.
- Experience in large-scale projects, such as ERP or CRM, is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take responsibilities and drive initiatives.
- Skilled in strategic engagements with senior stakeholders.
- Effective persuasion, reconciliation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated to collaborate in a distributed and international team environment.
