Risk Management Framework Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Framework Specialist to join our team at EUREX Clearing AG. As a Risk Framework & Quantification Expert, you will play a key role in the continuous development, improvement, and maintenance of our Group Risk Management and Risk Governance Framework.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, improvement, and maintenance of our Non-Financial Risk & Multiple-Risk Framework, including risk assessment, stress-testing methodologies, and roles and responsibilities for all Risk Types.
- Perform regular reviews and updates of policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with regulation and industry best practices.
- Support the implementation of SREP requirements for ECAG.
- Prepare conceptual and methodological improvements of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) for ECAG, including maintenance, development, and documentation of Non-Financial Risk models.
- Perform the required Pillar II calculations (economic perspective) for risk reporting, capital, and strategy planning.
- Provide guidance to the Non-Financial Risk Management team of ECAG to ensure effective implementation of the framework.
- Support the performance of risk reviews, especially specific issues in the context of operational risk.
- Contribute to audits and annual reports.
- Provide timely analytical commentary and insights regarding the Risk Framework environment and especially new regulations to applicable governance forums and senior management.
About You
- Relevant university degree.
- Experience in developing and implementing Non-Financial Risk Frameworks with a focus on policy & procedure frameworks, risk assessment, risk models, stress-testing, etc., preferably in an international banking/securities processing environment.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulation (KWG, MaRisk, SREP, ICAAP, EMIR, etc.).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, critical thinking, as well as the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Very good command of MS Office.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
