About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Application Manager to join our team at SPITZKE. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain our ERP system, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and implementing new features and upgrades.
  • IT Operations: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including users, key users, and the IT support team, to ensure the system is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Consulting: Provide expert advice to internal teams and external partners on ERP system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Support: Provide technical support to users, including resolving application-related issues and managing user accounts.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and evaluate new feature requests, develop and implement custom solutions, and extend our system's functionality through data integration.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration or Economics with relevant work experience in ERP systems.
  • Skills: Proficiency in ERP system configuration, customization, and integration, as well as experience with Microsoft SQL databases and APIs.
  • Initiative: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to system management.
