About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Application Manager to join our team at SPITZKE. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of our ERP system, NEVARIS Finance, based on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of our ERP system, including maintenance, updates, and customizations.
  • IT Operations: Collaborate with users, key users, the IT support team, and our service provider, NEVARIS, to ensure the system is running efficiently.
  • Consulting: Communicate with manufacturers, external service providers, internal departments, and colleagues to provide expert advice on system implementation, customization, and optimization.
  • Support: Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting, user account management, and access control.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and evaluate new requirements, extend and customize system modules and functions, and develop new interfaces using the data integration solution, LOBSTER_DATA.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: A completed education in a relevant field, such as computer science or business administration, or equivalent work experience in the ERP industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of ERP system design and customization, experience with Microsoft SQL databases, and familiarity with APIs and web services.
  • Initiative: A solutions-oriented, structured, and responsible work approach.
