About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Expansion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our expansion team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our business in the Rhein-Ruhr region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to identify and acquire new locations for our stores, including market analysis and site selection.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, including architects, contractors, and local authorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, real estate agents, and local government officials.
- Optimize existing store locations and negotiate lease agreements to ensure maximum profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and attract new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, geography, or urban planning.
- Proven experience in business development and expansion, with a strong understanding of the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.
