Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the financial future of our firm by providing insightful analysis, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements and interim reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage ongoing financial accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Gather and analyze financial data from diverse sources to identify trends, assess performance, and support decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans and strategies aligned with the firm's overall objectives, contributing to sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Prepare detailed cost and performance reports, providing clear insights into operational efficiency and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct due diligence examinations for potential investments or acquisitions, evaluating financial risks and opportunities.
  • Create compelling presentations to communicate financial information to stakeholders, effectively conveying complex data in a concise and understandable manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance and/or legal environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, financial planning, and risk management techniques.
  • Comprehensive familiarity with financial markets and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and DATEV software.
  • Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher is highly advantageous.
