Deputy Station Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to support the Station Manager in the Stroke Unit at Immanuel Albertinen Diakonie. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of general and specialized nursing care.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Station Manager to develop and implement nursing care plans
- Manage admission, occupancy, transfer, and discharge processes in the Stroke Unit
- Lead and support staff, participate in performance evaluations, conduct staff meetings, and actively participate in recruitment processes
- Support in creating and monitoring duty rosters, ensure mandatory training for staff
Requirements
- Three-year nursing education and/or a nursing degree, with additional specialization and relevant work experience
- Experience in patient-centered care in a rotating shift system
- Empathetic approach to patients, relatives, and colleagues
- Responsible, creative, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interprofessional team
