Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Assistant to join our team at SINUS Personalmanagement. As an Operational Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to our medical teams, including instrument preparation, surgical assistance, and patient care.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of surgical procedures, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available.
  • Collaborate with our medical staff to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • Completed 3-year training program with a diploma in Operational Technology Assistance (OTA).
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
