Are you ready to empower our global sales teams with the processes and know-how they need to excel? We're seeking a driven professional to design, implement, and enhance a global sales enablement program, creating a robust framework for efficient sales processes in collaboration with both local and global management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and understand sales enablement requirements and effective sales processes
  • Design a global framework for sales processes, including planning, sales, opportunities, complaints, fulfillment, service, and dealer management
  • Implement sales processes in market sales organizations together with local management
  • Monitor sales process implementation and effectiveness improvements
  • Develop and evaluate sales processes for qualitative and quantitative improvements
  • Support markets in change management and deliver requirements to IT systems for process automation
  • Ensure best practice sharing across markets and cooperate with the sales enablement team on sales training development and sales material provisioning
