About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Awin AG. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams with administrative tasks, presentations, benchmarks, sector analysis, publisher recommendations, and best practice sharing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare presentation pitches for sales teams, ensuring they are well-researched and effective.
  • Assess lead quality and assign leads to sales teams, providing valuable insights to drive sales growth.
  • Support sales teams with benchmarking, gap analysis, and publisher recommendations to enhance pitch quality.
  • Manage, update, and continuously review sales documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks and prioritize them effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to improving quality and efficiency across sales teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Share best practices across sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
  • Good standard of academic achievement (Degree).
  • Confidence in dealing with people and interacting via telephone and email with clients.
  • Exude a friendly and professional manner, working effectively with people at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
