Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Specialist to join our team. As a Credit Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient credit management process in close coordination with credit insurers, rating agencies, credit agencies, and internal departments such as Controlling & Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective credit management strategies to minimize credit risk and maximize revenue.
Collaborate with credit insurers, rating agencies, and credit agencies to ensure accurate credit assessments and risk management.
Plan and implement the dunning process, including handing over overdue receivables to collection service providers.
Book domestic and foreign insolvencies in compliance with legal requirements.
Analyze credit management data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Process outgoing payment transactions and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Support with annual financial statements and internal audits.
Requirements:
Completed commercial vocational training and initial professional experience in accounting.
Good SAP knowledge in the FI module.
Very good knowledge of all common MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Good written and spoken German and English skills.
Goal-oriented, reliable, and structured way of working.
Strong communication skills and a high level of commitment and motivation.
