Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and further developing our annual risk management reporting, including ESG risk management reporting. This will involve updating templates, tracking reports from all reporting units, evaluating and analyzing reported risks, and reporting to the Risk Council, Management Board, and Audit Committee.
You will also carry out ad hoc risk analyses on current topics, further develop our Catalogue of Standard Internal Controls, and evaluate annual reporting on compliance with requirements. Additionally, you will independently carry out or participate in projects such as risk analyses of specific business areas or implementing new and Group-wide relevant regulations.
Collaboration in the preparation of quarterly financial statements and the preparation and preparation of the annual reports of the Freudenberg Group and the Freudenberg Group, in particular with regard to ESG and risk management issues, is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications:
A completed university degree in economics, DHBW degree, or comparable training is required. Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in group accounting, controlling, finance, or in an auditing company is also necessary. You should have very good knowledge of risk management and control systems, as well as very good analytical and organizational skills and a strong understanding of figures. Very good knowledge of English is also required, and another foreign language is welcome.
