Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Berater, der unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien unterstützt. Du wirst Teil unseres Teams für Sustainability Services und wirst gemeinsam mit uns die Herausforderungen von morgen angehen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Projektverantwortung für die Beratung und Prüfung von Unternehmen in Themenbereichen wie EU-Taxonomie, Klima und Menschenrechte.
  • Dialog mit Entscheidungsträgern zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Nachhaltigkeits-KPI und Ziele.
  • Integration von Nachhaltigkeit in Corporate Governance-Systemen und Gestaltung von Prozessen zur Steuerung und Berichterstattung nichtfinanzieller Themen.
  • Produktentwicklung und Neukundengewinnung.
Dein Profil
  • Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Sustainability Services mit erfolgreich abgeschlossenem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder Ingenieurwissenschaften.
  • Mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prüfung und Beratung zur Nachhaltigkeit.
  • Bestandenes Wirtschaftsprüferexamen ist von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Teamführung.
  • Leidenschaft für Nachhaltigkeit, nichtfinanzielle Informationen, Prüfungsmethoden, komplexe Aufgaben und den Vertrieb.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Flexibilität und Mobilität.
  • Sehr gute analytischen Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Teammentalität sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
