Join Our Team as a Sustainability Consultant

At KPMG, we are committed to helping our clients navigate the complexities of sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in achieving their sustainability goals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the audit and assurance of ESG reports for our clients, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and transparency.
  • Develop and implement innovative audit approaches and methodologies to address the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our clients to identify and address sustainability risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ESG reporting and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to our clients' needs.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business.
  • At least two years of experience in sustainability or ESG reporting, preferably in a consulting or auditing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Fluency in German or English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
