IT Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team at Zoho Corporation Europe.
Job DescriptionAs an IT Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end ManageEngine solution presales engagements, providing technical responses to RFI/RFP, and conducting reseller/partner training. You will also collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up-to-date on ManageEngine product and feature updates, engage with existing ManageEngine customers to ensure their satisfaction, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IAM, PAM, IT Security, and IT service management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Willingness to travel within/outside EU to meet customers, partners, and prospects.
- Pre-sales/Technical Account Management/IT Team leader experience is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory for this role.
