Key Responsibilities- Develop and test hybrid quantum-classical workflows and simulation tools for materials simulation.
- Research and implement relevant models for simulating industrially relevant materials on near-term quantum computers.
- Collaborate with our team to advance the field of quantum computing for materials design.
- PhD in Physics, Chemistry, or Computational Science with a focus on theoretical solid-state physics, quantum mechanics, or quantum computing.
- Excellent communication skills and programming experience in languages such as Python, Fortran, or C.
- Knowledge of density functional theory, Hubbard models, or quantum circuits is a plus.
- Business fluent in English, knowledge of German desired.
