We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Commercial Pricing to join our Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team in Cologne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze market trends and customer behavior
  • Design and implement pricing models that optimize revenue and profitability
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on pricing and risk management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pricing and risk management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pricing and risk management, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and customer behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
