Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our commercial team. As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing Sales and Customer Success operations, driving process improvements, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between sales, customer success, support, and business systems teams
  • Oversee the commercial process, including pipelines, subscription management, and pricing
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead initiatives to automate and optimize workflows, reducing manual efforts and errors
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to achieve common goals
  • Collaborate with different departments to integrate and enhance systems and tools
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Present insights and recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or HubSpot eco-systems is a plus
  • Ability to compile accurate and precise documentation for processes
  • Fast learner
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
