Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC grinding machines, ensuring precision and quality in your work.
  • Prepare and finish complex components, leveraging your technical skills and experience.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks, including rework as needed, to meet drawing specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to 6S criteria and instructions.
  • Contribute to improvement processes, driving innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Hold a 3.5-year technical vocational training, such as a cutting machine operator certification.
  • Bring professional experience with CNC processing machines, preferably in grinding.
  • Possess CNC programming skills and knowledge of conventional machining techniques.
  • Have initial experience in mechanical seal manufacturing.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant procedures, operating instructions, DIN standards, and internal guidelines.
  • Exhibit flexibility, resilience, commitment, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
