We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at BLUME2000 SE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting their favorite products, creating flower arrangements, and ensuring an appealing presentation of our product range.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in choosing products such as cut flowers, potted plants, bouquets, or decorative items.
- Create flower arrangements following the BLUME2000 concept.
- Ensure an appealing and inspiring presentation of our product range.
- Support the store team in daily operations, handle cash transactions, and cashier duties.
- Motivate and contribute to the success of the store in the deputy role.
**Requirements:**
- Completed vocational training in retail or a similar field.
- Relevant experience in retail or a creative environment, ideally with some leadership experience.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Motivational and warm personality to lead the team.
- Enjoy sales and interacting with customers.
- Love for flowers, plants, and decorative items.
