Senior Project Coordinator to VP R&D

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project work, including allocation of tasks based on priorities and established goals and objectives for project completion.
  • Support the Senior Vice President Group Technologies in following up on milestones, action points, and deadlines related to these projects.
  • Act as an interface between Technology teams, receiving and prioritizing SVP's correspondence, and taking action in drafting correspondence and forwarding for action or distributing for information.
  • Review and prepare decision papers, working documents, reporting, and status reports.
  • Maintain internal data, organize filing, and documentations.
  • Participate in the further development of our business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management - Quality/IT/Finance/Product management/External Engineers & Designers.

Your Profile of Qualification:

  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, or similar field.
  • Several years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong technical understanding.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • High level of personal initiative and sense of responsibility.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, willing to be challenged, and take personal responsibility.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Expert Project management experience.
